Mr. Lin Li has been the CEO of MINISO USA since 2022. Previously, he served as the Head of MINISO India from March 2019. MINISO is a global lifestyle retail brand. Founded by CEO Ye Guofu in 2013, MINISO has 5,791 stores globally as of June 30, 2023.

Mr. Li joined MINISO in 2018, bringing over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. During his tenure at MINISO India, the number of MINISO stores in the country grew threefold in just three years. Since taking responsibility for MINISO’s USA operation, Mr. Li has successfully led the brand from loss to profitability in the USA market within a few months. MINISO USA has achieved more than 100% growth in 2022 and 2023 under his leadership.
