Mr. Yafeng Wu has over 20 years of experience working in international financial media groups, with over 10 years spent at Bloomberg News as an editor. Prior to that, he held positions as a reporter, editor, and researcher at BusinessWeek, FTChinese.com, and Dow Jones Newswires. His tenure in these esteemed organizations has allowed him to accumulate a wealth of professional connections in the economic and financial sectors of both China and the United States.
He is actively involved in social activities. Since 2016, he has served as the President of the RUC North America Alumni Association. Under his leadership, the association has expanded into a vast alumni service platform covering both the United States and Canada and has become a strategic partner of the "Columbia China Summit". In 2016, he co-founded the "North America Mingde Forum", which has become a leading professional economic, financial, and investment forum brand in the New York area.
Mr. Wu graduated from Renmin University of China, earning bachelor's, master's, and EMBA degrees. He is also the CEO of Prime Ivy Group, a board member of the Renmin University Alumni Association, and a member of the Overseas Friendship Association of Haidian District, Beijing.

Dr. Xiwen Fan is formerly the Chief Risk Officer of China-LAC Cooperation Fund, a quasi-sovereign PE fund of China. Dr. Fan is a senior fellow for Financial Policy Report Task Force of China, an advisor for Research Institute of MinMetals Industry Finance. He serves as a special advisor for the board, and the Chairman of the Risk Control Committee of China United, he is an academic committee member at various think-tanks such as International Monetary Institute. He worked for the People’s Bank of China in early days of his career and has 20-year experience in financial sector such as in the United States. Dr. Fan graduated from Renmin University with both a bachelor and master degree in international finance, he received Ph.D degree in Economics from Indiana University at Bloomington.

Mo JI is currently Managing Director and Chief China/HK Economist at DBS. Tao Wang is the author of “Making Sense of China’s Economy” and currently head of Asia Economic Research at UBS investment bank. She is an invited fellow of the China Finance (CF) 40 Forum and a member of the China Global Economic Governance 50 Forum.
Dr. Wang’s research on China covers a wide range of topics including monetary policy, the debt problem, shadow banking, local government finance, US-China trade disputes, supply chain shifts, RMB internationalization, the property bubble, the demographic challenge, the urban-rural divide, and the long-term growth potential. Dr. Wang has been consistently ranked as one of the top China economists by institutional investors. She writes a column for Caixin, and her views have been widely quoted by international and Chinese media.
Prior to joining UBS, Dr. Wang worked as Head of Asian Economics at BP plc. Before joining the private sector, Dr. Wang worked at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for over eight years, including on the China desk. She received her Ph.D. in Economics from New York University and her bachelor’s degree from Renmin University in Beijing.

Helen Qiao is a managing director and chief economist for Greater China and head of Asia
Economics Research, based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Qiao spent more than six years at
Goldman Sachs as senior China economist and four years at Morgan Stanley as chief Greater
China economist. Previously, she worked at the World Bank Group (International Bank for
Reconstruction and Development) in Washington DC and Lehman Brothers in Tokyo. Qiao has
written a wide range of thematic research papers on China. Her work has been published in
media and in academic journals, such as The Journal of Policy Modeling. Her team has been
ranked top-three in the Institutional Investor All Asia research team surveys in 2013-2018
consecutively and No.1 in Asia economic research in the Institutional Investor Global Fixed
Income survey in 2019. Her team has been ranked top 4 in the Institutional Investor All Asia
research team surveys in 2013-2023. Consecutively, top 2 in Asia economic research in the
Institutional Investor Global Fixed Income survey in 2019-2023, and No. 1 in institutional Investor
Survey China (international) in 2023. Qiao holds a BA degree in international trade from the
Renmin University of China, and Masters degree and a PhD in economics from Stanford
University. Qiao is currently serving as a member on the Advisory Council of Bretton Woods
Committee, which works to demonstrate the value of international economic cooperation and
spur economic growth, alleviate poverty, and improve financial stability. She is based in Hong
