Liu's work has been featured in top academic journals and she holds a PhD in Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, along with degrees from Duke University and Renmin University of China.

Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Chongqing University, an MBA from Peking University, and an EMBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He is also a participant in the 6th session of Tsinghua University's Wudaokou Entrepreneurs Program.

Mr. Jiang Weikai is a Senior Engineer and the founder and chairman of Guangzhou Haoyang Electronic Co., Ltd. (stock code: 300833.SZ). He holds various social positions, including member of Entertainment Services and Technology Association(ESTA), member of PLASA, vice chairman of the China Entertainment Technology Association and visiting professor at the Stage Art Department of the China National Academy of Chinese Theatre Arts. Jiang has been recognized with numerous honors, including the Outstanding Contribution Award in the Chinese Entertainment Equipment Industry, the Leading Figure in China's Lighting Industry, the Guangdong Science and Technology Award, the Guangdong Outstanding Inventor Award, and the Guangzhou Excellent Expert Award.

Mr. Jiang holds a master's degree from South China University of Technology, a DAPS in Applied Finance from the University of Geneva, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. program at Guangdong University of Technology.

Mr. Gene Chang was born in China. He went to Peking University in 1986. In 1990, he came to the United States to study. In 1993, he got his BS degree in Physics from University of San Francisco. In 1996, he got his MBA degree from Columbia Graduate School of Business.

From 1996 to 1999, he worked at Monitor Company's Hong Kong office as a senior consultant and team leader. He led Monitor's China Marketing Team from 1997 to 1999. In 1999 he founded Free2net.com, an Internet startup, and served as Chief Executive Officer until 2001. In 2001 he joined Chinese Media Net Inc., an American Chinese media company, and became Chief Operating Officer. He served on the board of Chinese Media Net until 2009. In 2006, he left Chinese Media Net and founded JC Research & Consulting, Inc. In the same year, he joined Himalaya Capital as Chief Operating Officer. In 2008, he became a Partner of the firm. In 2013, he became a Managing Director while continued serving in the role of COO. Himalaya Capital is a multibillion dollar value investing firm based in Seattle.

Mr. Chang is an Honorary Chairman of Chinese CEO Organization and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of UCA Community Foundation. He also serves as a board director of Seattle Public Library Foundation and United Chinese Americans. He has been a co-instructor of the value investing class at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management since 2015.
